CANCELLATION AND REFUND RULES

• 30 Days Advance  notice : Full refund
• 30Days – 15 Days Advance notice : 50% Refund
• Less than 15 Days advance notice : No Refund
• Retention will be levied for all days of confirmed booking in case of No Show .

Peak Period: No Refund for cancellation of peak Period bookings, irrespective of when the booking is cancelled.
